Short version: everything is digital. Nothing is posted. You create each picture online and send the private link yourself.
1. Digital delivery only
DiwAI is a digital service. We do not ship anything, so there is no delivery address, no courier and no delivery charge.
2. How you receive your gifts and your pictures
- You make your gifts in the DiwAI app and pay once at the end. We start making pictures before you pay, and a gift is delivered to you after payment. Photos from an order that is never paid for are deleted after about 24 hours.
- When a personal picture is finished, it is delivered to you on screen, ready in minutes, and you can send its private link straight away.
- You send each private link to the person it is for, in any way you like, for example by message.
3. Private links
Each finished gift has its own private link. The link works for 30 days from creation, then the gift is deleted. Anyone who has the link can open that gift until it expires, so please share it only with the person it is meant for.
4. If a picture fails
A gift is used only when a finished picture is delivered to you. If a picture fails for a technical reason, no gift is used and you can try again. If the problem continues, email us and we will help. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Where it is available
Customers in the United Kingdom, India, the United States (except Illinois, Texas and Washington), Canada (except Quebec), Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia and South Africa can buy. We cannot yet sell to buyers in the European Union and European Economic Area, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Kuwait, but people there can still open a gift that someone sends them. We may add or remove countries. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any tax that applies. At checkout you may see your local currency. You need an internet connection and a device with a web browser.
6. How long your gifts last
Unused gifts in a Gift Pack or a Gift for myself do not expire. If none of your gifts has been used for 3 years, we email you and offer a refund of the unused gifts. If you don’t reply within 30 days, the unused gifts end and we delete your email address. Each finished gift has a private link that works for 30 days from creation.
